So many of us spend our days in our heads…
thinking, planning, holding everything together.

Breathwork is an invitation to soften that grip and return to the wisdom of the body.

This free 90-minute online experience is a space to slow down, breathe intentionally, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

Together we’ll create space to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and allow the breath to gently move what may be ready to shift.

No pressure.
No expectations.

Just breath, presence, and a supportive space to come back to yourself.

What This Experience Is
 

A 90-minute pause from the noise of everyday life.

A space to lie down, soften, and let your breath guide the experience.

Through guided breathwork, music, and gentle somatic awareness, we’ll create an opportunity for the body to release what it has been holding and return to a more natural state of balance.

Each journey is different.

Some people experience deep relaxation.
Some feel emotional release.
Some simply reconnect with a sense of calm and clarity.

Wherever you are when you arrive is exactly where you’re meant to begin.

What to Expect:

• A guided breathwork journey
• Music to support the experience
• Gentle guidance throughout the process
• Time for grounding and integration at the end

You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to your body.

There is no “right way” to do this.

Only your breath and your experience.

This Experience May Be Supportive If

• You feel overwhelmed or mentally overloaded
• You want to reconnect with your body and inner awareness
• You’re curious about breathwork but haven’t experienced it yet
• You’re moving through change or emotional processing
• You simply want space to breathe and reset

* No previous experience with breathwork is needed.

The Details

Once you register, you’ll receive the Zoom link and simple instructions to help you prepare for the session.

All you need is a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably.

Its recommended to wear light comfortable clothing and  have a blanket near by incase of body temperature changes.

If This Resonates

For some people, breathwork becomes more than a single experience.

It becomes a doorway — into deeper healing, embodiment, and connection.

If something opens for you during this session, there will be opportunities to continue exploring this work through future Soul Synergy offerings.

For now, simply come breathe.
