About
My Story
My name is Jean-Marie Pfeifer, and the work I offer through Soul Synergy is deeply personal.
Before I ever held space for others, my own body learned what it meant to survive violation.
As a young woman, I experienced sexual abuse, rape, and later spent two years in prostitution. These experiences shaped my nervous system, my relationship to my body, and my understanding of intimacy, safety, power, and consent. For a long time, I lived disconnected from myself—functioning, achieving, and surviving, while parts of my body held unspoken pain, confusion, and grief.
I share this not for shock, and not for sympathy—but for truth and resonance.
I know what it is like to feel fragmented.
I know what it is like to dissociate, to override your own boundaries, to confuse survival with choice, and to carry shame that was never yours to hold.
And I know what it takes to come back.
My healing has not come from bypassing or “fixing” myself. It has come through slow, embodied reconnection—learning to listen to my body again, restoring a sense of safety, and reclaiming my relationship to pleasure, agency, and self-trust. This path led me into somatic practices, sacred embodiment work, tantric study, breathwork, and deep integration practices that honor the body as the keeper of truth.
Soul Synergy was created for women who carry similar imprints.
My work supports women healing sexual trauma through gentle, consent-based, body-led practices, including womb healing, yoni mapping, somatic breathwork, tantric massage, and sacred integration coaching. Every offering is grounded in choice, pacing, nervous-system awareness, and respect for personal boundaries. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. Your body leads.
In addition to my lived experience, I bring a strong foundation of structure, ethics, and accountability into this work. I have built and led multiple businesses, and I hold space with the same level of responsibility and integrity. Safety—emotional, physical, and energetic—is not optional here. It is the foundation.
I do not see myself as someone who “healed and now teaches.”
I see myself as someone who has done and continues to do the work—and who knows how to walk beside others as they reclaim their bodies and their voice.
If you are here because part of you is tired of carrying what never belonged to you…
If you are ready to move beyond survival and into embodied sovereignty…
You are not alone—and you do not have to do this without support.
Welcome to Soul Synergy.
